I am integrating webchat with ticketing tool. I want to understand,
1. Is there a way to force email to a specific ID at the end of the chat session? This ID can be in BCC and can be pre-programed. If this is not possible, can agent force transcript to be sent to a specific email ID?
2. In either case, the email subject needs to include ticket number. Is there a way to ask user to enter the ticket number in the initial form and include that in the subject?
